An administrative fee is due at the time of application. Upon approval and execution of the lease, this fee will be applied to the lease as a non-refundable administrative fee. If the applicant cancels the application in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of submission, or if the application is denied, the administrative fee will be refunded to the applicant. The application fee is non-refundable and shall be retained as liquidated damages.
